About O'Donnells
O'Donnells Irish Pub is a cosy corner pub in Freiburg-Nord, at Waldkircher Straße 1 by the Rennweg tram stop, in the Güterbahnhof quarter. It opens in November 2026 and is the third pub of Sarah Lambe and Kieran Mullen, who also run O'Kellys Irish Pub and Oscar Wilde's Irish Pub & Whiskey Bar in Freiburg's city centre. O'Donnells is a free house, independent and not tied to any brewery, and is named after Sarah's uncle Johnny O'Donnell, a native of Achill Island, County Mayo, who made his home in Cork.
